From New Age to New Science: “Extraordinary People Series” coming to St. Louis
By Linda M. Potter
What do a six-sensory Intuitive, a 2012 prophet, a Toltec shaman and a psychic medium have in common? St. Louis!
Bella Spark Productions, known for its inspirational, enlightening and groundbreaking events and workshops, debuts its “Extraordinary People” speaker series in St. Louis with four headliners from the Science, Spirituality and Self-Help arenas.
The series opens February 11, 2010 with the dynamic, no-nonsense Intuitive and bestselling author, Sonia Choquette. The charismatic Choquette has been a personal Intuitive advisor to such New Age Leaders as Louise Hay, Julia Cameron, Caroline Myss and Dr. Wayne Dyer, as well as pop icon Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins rock band.
Her work focuses on freeing people from limitations and fears (a five-sensory life) guiding them to create far more effective, spirit guided (six sensory) successful lives which she says is “our natural way.”
Gregg Braden, the man who Deepak Chopra once called, “a rare blend of scientist, visionary and scholar with the ability to speak to our minds, while touching the wisdom of our hearts,” takes the stage on March 4, 2010 with provocative, new information gleaned from his innovative research on “Fractal Time.” In a mind-bending multi-media event that includes a unique “Time Code Calculator” which can predict the most likely dates for war and peace in our future, Braden challenges everything you thought you knew about the real message of the Mayan calendar and the 2012 end date—exploring the heart/mind/body connection and the individual’s ability to dramatically impact the future of our planet.
On April 8, 2010, the series showcases don Miguel Ruiz, a Nagual, shaman and teacher in the Toltec wisdom tradition. Ruiz is best known for his internationally acclaimed book, The Four Agreements. With sales of close to 4 million copies, the book won over audiences around the world with a handful of simple agreements that can open the way to happy, joy-filled lives.
Ruiz’ talk in St. Louis is one of a very limited number of live appearances. Absent from the lecture circuit for several years following a serious heart attack in 2002, don Miguel is now partnering with his son, don Jose, to introduce their much-anticipated new book, The Fifth Agreement, to select audiences.
Renowned “Spirit Whisperer” and one of TV's top communicators with the Spirit World—Psychic Medium, John Holland closes out the series on May 6, 2010. Holland’s exceptional abilities to communicate with the Other Side have earned him principal rolls in several TV specials, including A&E’s Mediums: We See Dead People, which provided a fascinating insight into how John works as a “Psychic Time Machine” able to pick up vibrations and detailed information from a past event, whether it’s seen, felt, or heard. He also starred in his own pilot, Psychic History, for the History Channel.
All events in the “Extraordinary People” series will be held at 560 Music Hall - 560 Trinity Avenue (Delmar Loop – University City) Saint Louis, MO.
