Herbal Facials
Herbal Facials provide a great deal of nutrients for the
healthy skin and proper skin function. It
is no secret that healthy skin starts with good nutritional habits plus plenty
of pure water, fruits, vegetables, herbs, fresh air, sunshine, sleep and peace.
The result is beautiful, vibrant young looking skin.
Consider these other factors that play a significant role in the health
of our skin; poor elimination of waste and toxins, neglect, disease, air
pollution, the elements, cosmetics, smoking, drugs (over the counter, prescribed
or recreational), and stress to name a few.
They can dehydrate, dull, wrinkle, blemish, discolor, deplete nutrients,
and impair functions and cause premature aging.
Fortunately it is never too late to prevent further skin
damage and restore the health of the skin.
The skin is very resilient. Under
good conditions and with the proper nutrition, it can renew itself!
Herbs cleanse, nourish, heal, normalize, replenish,
rejuvenate, detoxify, strengthen, and build healthy tissue cells.
They are great! They are full of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that
have very specific nutritional properties.
Proper nutrition for the skin is found in herbal facial.
They help to normalize oily, dry, sensitive and combination skin
conditions. Because the herbal
nutrition is applied topically it immediately addresses the health needs of the
skin, and are much safer, gentler, and more effective, than most cosmetic
preparations that can be highly toxic or contain bio-hazardous ingredients that
can compromise your health without you being aware of it.
A spa, salon, or an esthetician should be able to recommend a good herbal
cosmetics line with food based preservatives.
Herbal facials are ideally recommended once a week, no less
than twice a month to maintain the health and attractiveness of the skin for a
lifetime. Lymphatic drainage should
accompany a good herbal facial to further detox the facial skin.
Colon hydrotherapy can also help eliminate toxins so they don’t
continue to circulate throughout the blood vascular system.
Acne skin conditions benefit greatly from this treatment.
