Houlihan Fence by Design has been installing peace of

Service: Our installation team has 20 years experience
and takes pride in their quality installations. We provide
service before and after the fence installation and we
are completely insured for your protection. Before your
installation, we provide proof of insurance, take pictures
, work with your subdivision trustees to get your approval
and municipal government officials to get your permit.
We keep you informed about your job status. After the
installation, we clean up the job site, provide lien waivers
and repair the gates for life. All labor is warranted
for one year. For those who are handy around the home,
we also provide materials, delivery and instructions for
do-it-yourselfers. We use the internet to email most documents
to save time and energy and gasoline.
Timing: Houlihan Fence by Design keeps materials in stock
and completes most fence installations in 3 days or less.
If you are a pool owner, you face a big responsibility
and potential liability of a pool with water in it without
a secure fence. We give our pool-fence customers priority
over lawn customers to protect children and pets from
downing. We begin pool enclosures within 3 days of grading
and usually complete the installation in one day. Our
record installation for one crew is well over 300 linear
feet of fence in one day.
