Classified Ad Rates:
40 words or less, $25 - 50 cents for each additional
word. Deadlines for classified ads: 15th of the month
for the following month. Email classified ads to:

or fax to 314-962-0728. Classified ads must be paid
for prior to publication.
Ad Submissions: We accept camera-ready ads as
black & white hard copy to be scanned; ads on
disk or CD in Macintosh Quark Xpress; on film right
side read, emulsion down, line screen 100. We also
accept ads electronically as PDFs, photos in TIFF,
EPS or JPEG.
Color is available at $50 per
spot color on available color pages. Four color is
available for an additional $150 on available color
pages.
Payment & Terms: Any first-time ad must
be paid for prior to publication. Clients will be
invoiced monthly thereafter.
Ad Proofs: All advertisers may request to see
one ad proof and make one set of corrections. No corrections
can be made after deadline.
Distribution: We print 30,000 copies of The
Healthy Planet (75,000 readers) and distribute to
pick-up points throughout the St. Louis metro area.
Pick-up points include libraries, schools, professional
buildings, bands, restaurants, health care facilities,
natural food, health and grocery stores, supermarkets
and a variety of businesses who support the environment,
good health & natural living. To become a distribution

Deadlines: The Healthy Planet is published
monthly, on or near the first of each month. Ads and
editorial copy must be in our office no later than
the 15th of the month prior to desired publication
month. Please email all articles, calendar notices
and event listings. Ad copy which contains logos or
other artwork must be emailed, mailed, or dropped
off at our office. Calendar items should be emailed
to happenings@thehealthyplanet.com.
